AK Pro Construction has been working in construction since 1988 in Japan. By year 2007 AK Pro Construction was established in the United States, with a humble beginnings that pushes up to improve and deliver excellent services to the customers. Our company offered full range of construction services.
Our first construction project was held in Los Alamitos, California back in 2007. We built residential house with our very first customer in California. Unexpectedly customer’s satisfaction brought us in line projects and opportunities. Word of mouth still most powerful and credible recommendation in this industry.
We successfully met customers’ needs and requirement, we even exceeded expectations when it comes to quality, deadline and budget set by our client.
The next big break was Oton Restaurant in San Diego, California back in 2008. Our very first commercial project and again, we exceeded customers’ expectations & satisfactions.With combined effort of our team, Oton Restaurant has been successfully constructed. Currently, projects coming here and there which became AK Pro Construction as one of the fastest growing company in Southern California.

JAPAN
The owner of Company Akito Wakamatsu, He moved to the United States after working at a construction company in Kyoto. After acquiring California’s general construction license, we have established AK Pro Construction and even now.
Foreigners are currently increasing in Japan, but there are not many foreign residents of living style in Japan. It has increased in Tokyo, but not all people want to live in Tokyo. There is a very good country side village in Japan, but in such areas there are few houses of style that fit the lives of foreigners.
Therefore, we will provide American housing style and technology acquired in California to Japan, while foreigners who live in Japan that will be increasing in number and we will provide more residential Japanese housing in the American style, which are sizes, design and life style.
Our specialize are “bathroom remodel” “kitchen remodeling” “Interior remodeling” to change foreigners fit size. We can inport building product from United State to Japan for your remodeling.
In our company servicing from in the city to suburbs, everywhere in Japan, to change old-fashioned Japanese houses to foreigners living space, which are ceiling height, bathroom, kitchen etc. Those are very different design from overseas but we are creating space easy to use for foreigners. But also We will provide you with a good tab style Japanese culture that makes it reasonable to use even for foreigner people.
We will explain and propose the fusion style space incorporating Japanese good life culture and overseas good building culture carefully in English.
